At dreamshop.global, we want you to love every squishy product you receive! We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to make the process as simple as possible.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:

In the same condition as received.
Unused and unplayed with.
In its original packaging with all tags attached.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us at serve429@dreamshop.global within 48 hours if:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
You received the incorrect item.
The product has significant manufacturing defects.
Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections occurring during the production process are not considered defects unless they impede the normal use of the product.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used Items: Products showing clear signs of use.
Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
Gift Cards: Purchases of digital gift cards.
How to Start a Return
Email Us: Contact serve429@dreamshop.global with your Order Number and photos clearly showing the item's condition.
Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping Costs:

Consumer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The fee will be determined by the courier service you choose.
Seller-Initiated Issues: If the return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will not be required to pay for return postage in these cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Rejected: If an item is returned in a damaged or used condition, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or decline the request.
